Finding book's "ISBN" via findItemsByProduct only return items of type "AUCTION" (US store)

Is there any recent change to how it work? Since we got this working for years but now it doesn't. So basically I call findItemsByProduct API with productId type="ISBN" and the book's ISBN The result should return a list of all matched items BUT only AUCTION ones are return. This happens in US store but when I try AU store, it works as expected. Is anybody experiencing the same issue? We Need Help. Thank you

Can you post a sample of your API call? Maybe they tweaked something recently on their end, and things are interpreted differently now. Or, just an API bug. We noticed last night there was some kind of API maintenance, as we were getting a bunch of errors across a few API calls over the span of a few hours. Even the Dev forums here (and some of the main eBay forums) were down for a short time. If you haven't done so already, maybe be sure you have an itemtype filter in your call, and include all item types. If you feel confident it's a bug, you can file a paid tech support ticket, and they should refund your money, or allow you to keep the paid hours, if it's a confirmed bug.
