Initiating return by seller and updating shipping tracking details for paisapay payment method

Hi, In case buyer requests seller to initiate return, how can a seller do this through API?After returning item, will ebay automatically process refund or seller should request for this?If seller should do this,what API should be used?(I saw the call IssueRefund which can be used for the cases opened in return center.) In documentation,it is written that 'For orders on the India site, CompleteSale can not be used if the buyer uses PaisaPay as the payment method'. So in this case, what call should be used to update the tracking details?

We have an API service that can help, https://go.developer.ebay.com/developers/ebay/products/resolution-case-management-api You will have to refund while going through the process. For CompleteSale as you saw we don't support PaisaPay. I guess PaisaPay has there own API's and/or process to use.
