Empty shipping address

Hi,

 

we're using the GetOrders API call to post process our orders. Recently I saw an order with an empty shipping address, although the CheckoutStatus is complete. Do anybody have an idea?  Here is the response xml for that order:

Hi,

 

I believe you ended up opening an eBay support ticket for this? 

 

If so, I will reply through our DTS ticket.

 

If not and that was not you, we do have a bug filed for a scenario just like this.  I would suggest opening a support ticket, you will not be charged since it is a bug.  From there I will assign the bug to your ticket and respond to the ticket in a timely manner.

You can open a support ticket at no charge if it is indeed a bug, http://developer.ebay.com/support/developersupport/default.aspx.

Hi,
i have the same problem with the 791 version of GetOrders

   <NumberOfDays>1</NumberOfDays>
   <OrderRole>Seller</OrderRole>
   <OrderStatus>Completed</OrderStatus>

in the response i not found the email address

</Buyer>

But on eBay site i found it... why???

Hi,

 

There were some fixes put in place in the latest rollout (771 which rolled out the end of April and beginning of May).  PD thinks this issue should be resolved now.  If you happen to see this issue again on orders starting from mid day May 3rd please send me the examples, we have put in some extra logging to capture instances where there is no address information.  You can open a support ticket at no charge if it is indeed a bug, http://developer.ebay.com/support/developersupport/default.aspx.  Thanks for your patience and hopefully this is resolved.

Yes. Sorry for the late answer, I didn't check the forums after submitting the DTS ticket. Wanted to update it when the issue is getting resolved (in case anybody else had this problems).
