Does Turbo Lister use the VerifyAddItem API call to get product listing fees?

Based on the Turbo Lister tutorial, available at http://www.ebay.com/gds/How-to-Use-Turbo-Lister-A-Tutorial-/10000000001244518/g.html, to verify listing fees prior to uploading a product you may do the follow: > "When your item record is ready to go, click on the "Add to Upload" link above the grid, then click on the Go Upload button at the bottom of the pop-up window. > You may want to check your listing fees prior to uploading. To do this, click on the Calculate fees link above the grid. After Turbo Lister connects to eBay to do this & to check for program upgrades, you may hold your mouse over the fees column in each row to see a mini-pop-up window which shows your fees for each item." However, just a few days ago I was informed such action is impossible to do accurately via the eBay API.
