Hi

I checked the request and found that you have specified </p>

    <CalculatedShippingRate>
            <WeightMajor unit="kg" measurementSystem="Metric">0</WeightMajor>
            <WeightMinor unit="gm" measurementSystem="Metric">100</WeightMinor>
          </CalculatedShippingRate>

and       `<ShippingType>Flat</ShippingType>`

If you intend to specify WeightMajor and WeightMinor , then please change the ShippingType to Calculated, but if you intend to offer a Flat Shipping rate, please do not specify <CalculatedShippingRate> in your request.

Here is the doc link for your reference : http://developer.ebay.com/devzone/xml/docs/reference/ebay/AddFixedPriceItem.html#Request.Item.ShippingDetails.ShippingType

When I removed the complete node from the request, the request went successfully.

Thanks

Your whole ShippingDetails container is built using Flat rate shipping, yet you have the CalculatedShippingRate container. If you take out the CalculatedShippingRate container it should work.
