eBay Marketplace Account Deletion/Closure Notifications Test in pull Notification in Production

I have to know that how we can test send notification successfull hit my url like we have to delete account of seller then it will notify post json message and how we can configure it

I have tested it it will give send test notification success but we have to check it in production how we can check it gives http post json value after deletion account

in production there is no test: just put in your URL and wait till a notification is send by ebay
