Transaction type SHIPPING_LABEL no references

Why are there no references to order ID on the getTransaction call for transaction type "SHIPPING_LABEL"? That information is useless without the references to the order IDs. I am not able to match up the shipping fees to the orders. This has been asked before with no comments from eBay. If someone figured out a way around this please let me know. Thank you
