Vehicle Compatibility using Browse API

The following call in the Shopping API allowed us to get a list of vehicles that are compatible with a given part (item).

https://open.api.ebay.com/shopping?callname=GetSingleItem&version=967&siteid=0&includeselector=Compatibility&ItemID=223971438280

How can we get that same list of compatible vehicles using the Browse API? The following call doesn't provide this info whether or not we specify fieldgroups=PRODUCT.
