Why does getItemAspectsForCategory() return zero aspects for these categories?

In tree 0 (EBAY_US) in the production API, for these categories:

  • Collectibles > Comic Books & Memorabilia > Merchandise & Memorabilia > Calendars (id = 259122)

  • Collectibles > Comic Books & Memorabilia > Merchandise & Memorabilia > Props & Replicas (id = 259125)

  • Collectibles > Comic Books & Memorabilia > Merchandise & Memorabilia > Other Merchandise & Memorabilia (id = 259126)

  • Collectibles > Decorative Collectibles > Collectible Spoons (id = 261611)

  • Collectibles > Decorative Collectibles > Decorative Armor & Weapons > Tsuba (id = 261620)

  • Collectibles > Decorative Collectibles > Incense Burners (id = 261622)

  • Collectibles > Kitchen & Home > Baking Accs. & Cake Decorating > Other Baking Accessories (id = 261660)

the getItemAspectsForCategory() API returns a 204 No Content response, with an empty body.

Placing an item in these categories have a non-zero number of require, recommended and optional fields, so a non-zero number of aspects is expected.

What is up with this?
