Unable to Publish Offer for an item

we are able to create the inventory item and offer for the particular item but when we are trying to publish an offer for the item we are facing an issue with the below error. Please check the below error

Did you verify that the category you selected is actually a leaf category? And did you double check the spelling of the defined payment policy with what's in your code?
