API call limits exceeded

Hello,

For a few weeks now I am having this issue - literally after 6-8 requests I get the "User requests to view this page are subject to daily per user limits" error.

I checked my API call use report and it shows total of 8 for today right know.

Does anyone have an idea what could the issue be?
