GetOrder Fulfillment API fulfillmentHrefs is Empty for Shipped Orders

Since yesterday 2020-02-18, my calls to getOrder using the Fulfillment API have been returning empty fulfillmentHrefs for orders with tracking information:

'fulfillmentHrefs': [],

Here's the request URL I've been using:

https://api.ebay.com/sell/fulfillment/v1/order?orderIds=55-55555-55555

Is anyone else having this issue?

I understand the fulfillmentHrefs is empty for unshipped orders, but it's returning for shipped orders too.

It's working now. And no one notices it's not working for a full week. I guess I'm only one of a few that accessed this attribute.
