Change my Sandbox account type to Business (link doesn't work)

Hi,

Could you please change the account type to Business for testuser_sfowler in the Sandbox?

The link (https://scgi.sandbox.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ChangeRegistrationAccountType&guest=1) is not working.
