findItemsByProduct doesn't return items by productId

Here is the product id: 7049792936

Here is the url with expected items: https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_ddo=1&_ipg=2&_os=S%7CPL%7CPS%7CD&_pgn=1&_productid=7049792936

However, when I use this productId with the findItemsByProduct method, I get the response with 0 items.

Any idea why?
