How do I know if my app is whitelisted for ebay logistics

We applied for ebay logistics (i.e. quote and buy labels through ebay), how long it typically takes to get a response, and do we get it in email?

I figured it out myself and post here, in case it helps anyone else.

Beneath AppID there is a list of approved scope
