is there a api to get the count of remaining free listings?

I've searched everywhere, but it doesn't look like there is an api for this. If that's true, has anyone come across a reliable programmatic way to get the number of remaining free listings? Thanks.

You can use the getPrivileges call of Account API to see the sellingLimt (the amount and quantity they can sell on a given day) of a seller.

getPrivileges gives me the remaining selling limits, but does not provide how many free promotional listings are remaining. For example, every month eBay gives 250 free listings currently. How can I view how many are left? This is viewable from the UI under My eBay > Selling > Overview and at the bottom of the page.
