"watchCount" not populating in response?

According to the Browse API release notes, the "watchCount" field was added to the response last week for search and getItems, but I'm not seeing it with repeated tests. Is this a case of "not working yet", or is it simply that nobody uses eBay's watchlist anymore (I've noticed that some fields that should return a zero, like bidCount, simply don't populate when they equal zero)?

The answer to this, apparently, is that "watchCount" is a restricted field that you need to request access to. :/ Seriously, eBay. Might be a good idea to mention this fact in your API notes as well as the newsletter you just blasted out to everybody.
