Is it no longer possible to link paypal to a sandbox account?

Good morning, I did the recommended by sagar_developersupport 2 times and the PayPal accounts in my Sandbox accounts are not linked yet.

I attach an image of the data requested by the means described above.

Could you help me in this regard?

this has been issue for years - i doubt it will ever be fixed
