Hi, I have an existing App ID and associated KeySets (dev/prod) for one application however I am about to start a work on a different application. Best practice would mean that credentials for this application should be different and thus reduce blast radius of any security issue.
When I go to create a second App ID I get the message
> Most developers only need one keyset for each environment. Please see Requesting Additional Keysets in the Knowledge Base for alternatives to creating multiple keysets.

Hoever when visiting the linked support ticket page I am taken to "Premium Support".
How do those not subscribing to premium support who meet the criteria for an additional App ID (different use case) submit their request?
