GetOrdersRequest not getting all orders

Hello,

sometimes when I send a GetOrdersRequest, some specific orders are skipped and not returned.

I can clearly see though that the skipped order (it is a paid and completed order) exists when I go to https://www.ebay.co.uk/sh/fin/transactions

Any idea why sometimes orders are not included? Here's what I use to retrieve the orders (no filters):

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>

<GetOrdersRequest xmlns="urn:ebay:apis:eBLBaseComponents">

<DetailLevel>ReturnAll</DetailLevel>

<RequesterCredentials><eBayAuthToken>...</eBayAuthToken></RequesterCredentials>

<OrderStatus>All</OrderStatus>

<NumberOfDays>30</NumberOfDays>

</GetOrdersRequest>

because u don´t use any filters the only reason can be the timeframe you are looking at. in all that years I never had problems with that API call. you should do a getorder of the specific missing order and check the data - if you can fetch this specific single order, I don´t know any reason why it shouldn´t be included in the main response.

I can get the specific order if I request it via the order ID, but still not included in the main response, that's why I'm puzzled. The order next to it on the same day is returned in the main response.

make sure it´s not a pagination thing, because default is 25 ;)
