Traffic report is it same as on https://www.ebay.com/sh/performance/traffic

Hi,
My customer wants me to automatically generate traffic report, same as the one in here: https://www.ebay.com/sh/performance/traffic

I know that there is traffic_report https://developer.ebay.com/api-docs/sell/analytics/resources/traffic_report/methods/getTrafficReport API endpoint but I not sure if that is the same? I cant see any property to specify "Compared to" (marked with green frame on image)

Is there any way to achieve what client needs?

Hi @adam.goral.happyteam,

getTrafficReport call gives you insight in how buyers engage with your listings. This call gives you the ability to review how often their listings appeared on eBay, how many times their listings are viewed, and how many purchases were made.

You can use the the Analytics API for the following use cases:-

Retrieve a seller's customer service metric rating
- Track buyer engagement with a seller's top listings
- Benchmark buyer behavior on your listings over the past 2 years
- Understand the impact of change on buyer engagement
- Correlate eBay standards performance to buyer engagement
- Monitor your eBay standards performance

Best Regards,
eBay Developer Support
