How to allow insufficient permissions to fulfill the request in order API?

Does anyone have a solution? I'm fetching order data from API, I got the errors and I have attached the error ScreenShot as well. Please see a ScreenShot. let me know if anyone have a solution.

maybe the token does not match to the (order) user?
