change my Sandbox account type to "Business" (link doesn't work),hange my Sandbox account type to "Business" (link doesn't work)

Hello,
I need to change my two test/poduction accounts to "business": TESTUSER_YOUNGTOLLY

I found these indications:

https://developer.ebay.com/contact-us

Use this link to change your test user's account type:

https://scgi.sandbox.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ChangeRegistrationAccountType&guest=1

After you submit the change, you will be redirected to the eBay Sandbox home page. Although you will not receive a confirmation, your account type will be changed.


But the link doesn't work.
How can I do?

Please submit a contact-us request for "I need to link my eBay and PayPal Sandbox accounts." and we will happy to assist you.

Please navigate to URL https://developer.ebay.com/contact-us and follow the steps given below:
1. Go to the "Help with the eBay Sandbox" section.
2. Open the "I need to link my eBay and PayPal Sandbox accounts"
3. Fill the mentioned information and Submit a request.

Good morning, I did the recommended by sagar_developersupport 2 times and the PayPal accounts in my Sandbox accounts are not linked yet.

I attach an image of the data requested by the means described above.

Could you help me in this regard?
