BUY/BROWSE API Returning Incorrect value & convertedFromValue

Example: using Browse API for item 162150069148, returned JSON shows:

"price":{"value":"24.84","currency":"EUR","convertedFromValue":"28.79","convertedFromCurrency":"USD"}

When searching from using ebay.de, price is $24.19 converted from 20,87 EUR.


Am I missing something?
