Can't set sandbox account type to business, scgi.sandbox.ebay.com down,Change account type to business in sandbox

Hello, the URL to change sandbox account types to business is no longer working due to DNS errors: https://scgi.sandbox.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ChangeRegistrationAccountType&guest=1

$ host scgi.sandbox.ebay.com
Host scgi.sandbox.ebay.com not found: 2(SERVFAIL)

Please set our sandbox account TESTUSER_PICOSOFT to business seller.
