Account registration rejected

Hi. Can someone please have a look why my developer account registration was rejected? I have filled in the contact form twice, and had no response yet. The username is:

I faced the same issue about registering a new account. Can eBay support me to troubleshoot this with my account: minhhuong1909@gmail.com ?
