I`m trying to add items on sandbox, but I can`t because of this error: You have not specified in my eBay whether you are a private or business seller. I tried to access this https://scgi.sandbox.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ChangeRegistrationAccountType&guest=1 but I received Http/1.1 Service Unavailable.
Can someone help me with this user: testuser_oanavlad to change the account type for it, thanks a lot.

We can not change our sandbox account because the link (https://scgi.sandbox.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ChangeRegistrationAccountType&guest=1 ) is not working.
