I can't get a user token

I am not good at English, so please reply in easy-to-understand English.

I registered a sandbox on this site.

I tried to sign in to the sandbox, but I couldn't.
For the password when signing in to the sandbox, I used the password when I registered in the sandbox. Why couldn't I sign in?

Please submit a contact-us request for resting the sandbox user password.

Navigate to URL https://developer.ebay.com/contact-us and follow the steps given below:
1. Go to the "Help with the eBay Sandbox" section.
2. Open the "I need to reset my Sandbox user password"
3. Fill the mentioned information and Submit a request.
