Can not link paypal sandbox account into eBay sandbox account,Can not link paypal sandbox account into eBay sandbox

Hi, I can not link paypal sandbox account into eBay sandbox. Although I submitted information in "I need to link my eBay and PayPal Sandbox accounts" to request linked action, I received an unsuccessfull linked from ebay developer. Please check it for me.

This is my submitted information:

eBay Sandox account: seller_jimmywatasolutions

eBay Sandox user email: jimmy.watasolutions@gmail.com

Paypal Sandbox user email: sb-k8ukh6054966@business.example.com

Please submit a contact-us request for linking the PayPal account to your eBay sandbox account.

Navigate to URL https://developer.ebay.com/contact-us and follow the steps given below:

1. Go to the "Help with the eBay Sandbox" section.
2. Open the "I need to link my eBay and PayPal Sandbox accounts."
3. Fill the mentioned information and Submit a request.
