Major Search Problem found ... can only get 60 items

I am seeing a major issue with the eBay APIs to get search results.

First request

Second request

Both pages of items are identical.  Furthermore the 61st item returned is the same as the 1st, the 62nd the same as the 2nd, the 63rd the same as the 3rd and so on.

In other words ... only 60 items are ever returned for a search and each page returns duplicated results ... hence only 60 unique items.

I found this problem with the old legacy code (GetSearchResultsRequest) then tried the function findItemsAdvancedRequest and found the exact same issue.

Note: queries were made of two different servers (https://api.ebay.com/ws/api.dll for GetSearchResultsRequest) and (http://svcs.ebay.com/services/search/FindingService/v1 for findItemsAdvancedRequest).

The legacy code has been working fine since 2004 (with some minor ebay changes over time).
