Failure to Publish Offers with Empty Response 204

Our application is attempting to publish a previously created draft offer. Unfortunately, the publish call returns HTTP code 204 ("No Content") and the offer is not published. The body of the response is empty (no errors or JSON of any kind) and there is no error detail in the response headers. Can someone from ebay support please investigate this asap and let me know the problem? Thanks.

If anyone finds this post in the future, the problem turned out to be an ebay bug. They have recently deployed a fix into production.
