Error Linking Ebay Sandbox account To Paypal Sandbox account

Hello Support Team or @rachana_developer.support When i try and link a sandbox account to paypal I get this error : This site can’t be reached shiptrack.sandbox.ebay.com refused to connect.

Please can you link this user for me

paypal sandbox user : sb-47ycth5511286@personal.example.com
ebay sandbox user : testuser_senidev

I have done it on the contact page

but I got following error yet


21919158 : Invalid PayPal email address.
The email address you entered isn't linked to a PayPal account. If you don't have a PayPal account, you'll need to set one up with this address so that buyers can pay you. (You can set up your account after your item sells).

Can you please submit a contact-us request for linking the PayPal account to your eBay sandbox account?

Navigate to URL https://developer.ebay.com/contact-us and follow the steps given below:

1. Go to the "Help with the eBay Sandbox" section.
2. Open the "I need to link my eBay and PayPal Sandbox accounts."
3. Fill the mentioned information and Submit a request.

I've waited almost 2 weeks before they connected my 2 accounts.
I think that you have to be patient, I'm sure they will sync them.

and when can you solve this problem (unable "link my paypal account")?

I can see a lot of same problems on the forum

I already have done that operation a few ago days ago

but my sandbox account didn't connect to paypal account yet

so if possible, could you set it?
