All APIs that request post-order in the sandbox environment return Http/1.1 Service Unavailable. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Please help us test the https://api.sandbox.ebay.com/post-order/v2/inquiry/check_eligibility Api response to what result?

Thank you for your answer. @sagar_developersupport

My test request api.ebay.com is normal, and the response is 200, but the test request sandbox environment api.sandbox.ebay.com is abnormal, and the response is 503? Is the sandbox environment abnormal, or is my developer account configuration incorrect?
