Error in Browse API

What is the official process of reporting errors or requesting changes for the APIs?

Calling api.ebay.com/buy/browse/v1/item_summary/search returns itemAffiliateWebUrl for every eBay global ID (X-EBAY-C-MARKETPLACE-ID) except for EBAY_SG (eBay Singapore).
