Error Linking Ebay Sandbox User to Paypal Sandbox User

Hello Support Team, when I try to link My ebay sandbox account to My Paypal account,

I get this error msg: **This site can't be reached. shiptrack.sanbox.ebay.com's server

IP address could not be found.** Could you please link this user for My ebay sandbox user: **TESTUSER_eajin3jp** ,

Paypal sandbox user: sb-hjfe85138982@business.example.com .

Please submit a contact-us request for linking the PayPal account to your eBay sandbox account.

Navigate to URL https://developer.ebay.com/contact-us and follow the steps given below:
1. Go to the "Help with the eBay Sandbox" section.
2. Open the "I need to link my eBay and PayPal Sandbox accounts."
3. Fill the mentioned information and Submit a request.
