Linking sandbox to paypal to test selling items to getOrders,Can't link Paypal account in sandbox

Hi, in order to test the getOrders endpoint I have a sandbox account that needs to be linked to the paypal sandbox account as it won't let me create any item listings for another sandbox account to 'buy' them and generate orders.

The sandbox link to link paypal is broken and I have submitted a request via https://developer.ebay.com/contact-us#help-with-the-ebay-sandbox do I need to wait for this to get actioned? Many thanks, Matt
