How to call SOAP api (GetOrders) on .Net Core

Dear, I'm implementing a connector to eBay with .Net Core using REST API: it's all ok but the "getOrders" doesn't return all orders but only orders with accepted payment. The developer support suggests me to use the "GetOrders" SOAP, *but* trying to implement the client (as a Connected Service using wBay0s wsdl) for me has no success (I obtain an error like "Either OrderId or Creation Time Range or Modified Time Range or Number of Days must be provided" during the call; obviously I tried to use any of the specified parameters). DO you have any experience in .Net Core and eBay's SOAP services?
