Error Linking Ebay Sandbox User To Paypal Sandbox User

Hello Support Team, When I try to link a sandbox account to PayPal I am getting this error: This site can’t be reached shiptrack.sandbox.ebay.com refused to connect & showing the blank page with the error below; "Http/1.1 Service Unavailable" Could you please link this user for me eBay sandbox user: testuser_bojan851 with PayPal sandbox user: sb-ufkcz4955462@business.example.com   thank you!

Hi @bojanjankovic ,

Apologies for the inconvenience. You need to submit a request for linking the PayPal account to your eBay sandbox account.

Navigate to URL https://developer.ebay.com/contact-us and follow the steps given below:1. Go to the "Help with the eBay Sandbox" section.
2. Open the "I need to link my eBay and PayPal Sandbox accounts."
3. Fill the mentioned information and Submit a request.
