ebay reporting API problem

https://apiz.ebay.com/sell/finances/v1/transaction?filter=transactionDate:[2021-01-11T06:00:01.000Z..2021-01-12T05:59:59.000Z]&limit=200


We have been using this to create our own reports for ebay managed payments since this is the only way we can match ebay transactions to our inventory, we have been able to generate reports without any problem until today. We are receiving this response,

HTTP Status 400 – Bad Request


We are unable to get ebay transaction in a date range using this API



However it seems to be working without date filter

same problem - it works without Date Range but not with any date


Error:

135000 - There was a problem with an eBay internal system or process. Contact eBay developer support for assistance.
