Offer API in production

We are trying to get the offer API working in production for our site to place proxy bids on items. From what I have read we need approval to use the BUY API's, but when we filled that out eBay contacted us and let us know that was the wrong application and sent an application for Downloadable Tool application, which was also wrong. Can someone point us in the direction we need to go to get the offer API approval we need. (Everything is working as we are intended iin the sandbox).

Hi @jaknu_5321 ,

Please see Production eligibility requirements for information about production access and complete the production application process to get offer API approval in production .
Users must apply for production access through the eBay Partner Network to get the approval in production.

Acceptance of applications is based on the proposed business model.

Best Regards ,
eBay Developer Support

Thanks for the reply @sagar_developersupport! We have already filled out that application and believe we meet all the requirements. However eBay support had us fill out a different application than the one we submitted because we were told that the Offer API is not part of the BUY API, which doesn't make sense according to eBay docs. We re-submitted the application hopefully it works out this time.
