ReviseInventoryStatus returns Sorry, something went wrong. Please wait a moment and try again. 10007

I am trying below code block as XML body and always I am getting 10007 for the call ReviseInventoryStatus.

Below code is exactly correct I have set other stuff likes headers in the CURL. AddItem and all other requests are working and but not the ReviseInventoryStatus. Above item is I have created using addItem call and it was tested also using the GetItem. Please help me asap.

$changeInventory = "<?xml version='1.0' encoding='utf-8'?>
<ReviseInventoryStatusRequest xmlns='urn:ebay:apis:eBLBaseComponents'>
 <RequesterCredentials>
<eBayAuthToken>$userToken</eBayAuthToken>
</RequesterCredentials>
<DetailLevel>ReturnAll</DetailLevel>
<ErrorLanguage>en_US</ErrorLanguage>
<WarningLevel>High</WarningLevel>
<Version>535</Version>

  <InventoryStatus>
    <ItemID>110527941162</ItemID>
    <Quantity>5</Quantity>
  </InventoryStatus>
</ReviseInventoryStatusRequest>";
