How can I get the Business Details of a Seller as seen in the user's page?

Hello all, I have been trying to locate an API call that would return the Business details of a seller without having an actual transaction with them.

The details I am looking for are the ones that come up when you hit "Business Details" on the user's page e.g. https://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/eckstein_komponente
