Notifications not working,Notifications not working on live environment

I have created notification preferences for multiple users. I Receive a notification in sandbox mode but when I switch over to live nothing happens. I've checked the requests coming into my server and there isn't any from eBay. Can anyone help? @shulmani_developer.support @zhuowei.developersupport@ebay.com @lester_developerprogram
