Unable to create store in sanbox

I have linked my paypal sandbox account with ebay sandbox account successfully.

When I try to create a store in ebay sandbox environement in http://www.subs.sandbox.ebay.com/stores/select/basic/

I am getting the following errors.. Please find it attached in screenshots

Sometimes its going to step 2 & sometimes not

Please advice

Hi,

We have fixed the Store subscription issue in Sandbox.

You should be able to subscribe to Store in Sandbox now.
