I'm working on similar now and I was able to get eBay API work on .NET Core 3.1. Unfortunately, we can't use .NET SDK but a modify WSDL and reprogram all API calls, but at least it works in Blazor webapp. 1. download ([WDSL][1]) 2. remove all line like so from WSDL. Ohhh, I can't insert XML snippet here, so remove all xs:any elements, see attached screenshot. If we don't remove these lines, XML serialization won't work and we get empy C# classes as response 3. Now you can add this modified WSDL to your project as a WCF connected service ![alt text][2] ![alt text][3] [1]: http://developer.ebay.com/webservices/latest/ebaySvc.wsdl [2]: /storage/temp/2985-screenshot-88.png [3]: /storage/temp/2984-screenshot-88.png
