Request "legacyOrderId" for testing cancellation API

Hi I hope you are well, I was trying to get a success response with a sample data in the doc by Postman ( https://developer.ebay.com/Devzone/post-order/post-order_v2_cancellation__post.html#Samples) Here is the response I've got [Request] Thu, 16 Jul 2020 09:49:30 GMT
POST https://api.sandbox.ebay.com/post-order/v2/cancellation
{
"legacyOrderId": "170006494376-8756205007",
"cancelReason":"ORDER_MISTAKE",
"buyerPaid": "false"
}
[Response]
**ServicePostTxnOrderManagementServiceV2Client.PostTxnOrderManagementServiceV2Consumer.HTTP11 is marked down with status APP_AUTO_MARK_DOWN** I don't think it's the success response. I assumed it might be because the order is invalid so tried to list new items to get valid orders but the uploading image feature in sandbox is so broken somehow (you can see the tickets related to it) and couldn't get through it. what do I need to get it right?
Can you provide **any test order data** which is valid for success and failure cases for this cancellation API if it's possible? Thank you for your help in advance

Hi @takw61, The Sandbox allows you to test applications developed with the eBay API in a simulated environment. However, it is not meant for continuous rigorous testing of your application. You should be able to list items with the image using the AddItem call. Here is what you should aware if you are using the sandbox for testing: https://ebaydts.com/eBayKBDetails?KBid=684 For testing in production, please ensure you adhere to these [best practices| https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/listing-policies/test-listings-policy?id=5039] ;

Hi @eram_developersupport Many thanks for the reply. I don't have any open cancellations associated with my account to test. what should I do in this case? If I need to create new order or items then I can't create or list any items as the uploading image feature in sandbox is broken. Is it possible for you to provide any valid cancellation data to test?

HI @takw61, Use **cancellation/search** call that returns all the open cancellations associated with an account. Here is URI endpoint, GET https://api.sandbox.ebay.com/post-order/v2/cancellation/search This call has no request Payload.
