Promoted Listings API getCampaigns returns zero

We have advertising campaigns that were set up on the eBay website. We would like to download the campaign information using getCampains (url: https://api.ebay.com/sell/marketing/v1/ad_campaign). However the result shows zero total campaigns regardless of what combination of dates we use. Why don't they show up? Our goal is to be able to match up the promoted listing sales with the sales in our accounting system so we can accurately calculate how much was made on each sale. Is there another way to do this without downloading the campaigns?

According to the link https://developer.ebay.com/api-docs/sell/marketing/resources/campaign/methods/getCampaigns the getCampaigns method does not allow us to access campaigns created using the eBay web flow. Our campaigns were created using the eBay web flow. Is there another API method that allows access to those campaigns?

Hi @ zhuofei3371, Firstly, you need to create Campaign using **createCampaign** as **OUTPUT** You get **CampaignID**, REF: https://developer.ebay.com/api-docs/sell/marketing/resources/campaign/methods/createCampaign Now, use this **CampaignID** in **getCampaign** call to retrieve the details of **single campaign:** REF: https://developer.ebay.com/api-docs/sell/marketing/resources/campaign/methods/getCampaign Also, you can make use of **getCampaigns** method to retrieves the details for **all the campaigns of a seller, including the campaign's the selection rules.** REF: https://developer.ebay.com/api-docs/sell/marketing/resources/campaign/methods/getCampaigns Hope provided doc will help you to get the complete details regarding Marketing API!!! Thanks for the info. Where does the campaign_id come from? When we use getCampaigns with the URL as, GET https://api.ebay.com/sell/marketing/v1/ad_campaign to try and download all the campaigns, nothing is returned. The request appears to be successful but the total is 0 and there is nothing in the campaigns array.
