Cancellation API

Hello, My question is connected with " https://api.ebay.com/post-order/v2/cancellation/check_eligibility"; and " https://api.ebay.com/post-order/v2/cancellation"; API CALLS. Usually we use this scheme in order to cancel buyer's orders, and in 95% cases it runs fine. But sometimes we meet a strange error "Invalid market place ID" despite the fact that we use correct ID(for e.g. EBAY_UK for co.uk, EBAY_COM for .com etc.), so we must cancel an order by hands. We mentioned that that kind of orders, on which the error about marketplace ID is being returned, starts a CASE when cancelled by hands comparing to usual orders. What is the logic/problem and how it can be avoided? Kind regards

Hi @seanailer, The correct marketplace enum value for the .com site is EBAY_US. Please verify and see if it helps you. Ref: https://developer.ebay.com/devzone/post-order/concepts/MakingACall.html#headers Best Regards eBay Developer Support
