Request for guidance from Developer Support

Hello, I received an email from the developer support yesterday after posting here on the board. I decided to delete all my previous posts on the board as I can see they did not lead to any positive result. From the email I understand that the team considers my Compatible app request to be "rejected" and therefore I did not get any additional follow ups on the case. I have totally revamped the app, and can show evidence of positive user feedback and monetization potential. The question now is how to request a review again? If I simply open yet another case, I suppose I will be ignored again. How can I get someone's real attention to this matter?
