Successful createOrReplaceInventoryItem (inventory_item) call, but where is the item? (eBay API)

Two questions: 1. Why are you here instead of StackOverflow? If you're asking a question about eBay, there are so many more answers there. If eBay is paying you to answer questions here, there are so many more questions there. It's a great marketing opportunity for eBay. 2. I think I asked the question best over [here][1]. Click it to see it in full detail. [1]: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/60537848/successful-createorreplaceinventoryitem-inventory-item-call-but-where-is-the

Is that the thing that will cost me $75 just to get someone to look at it for an hour and shrug? Or do you actually have a free service available? I'm not paying money for someone to NOT fix my problem.
